Returns
Eligibility for Returns

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items on sale or marked as final sale.
• Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, Fragrance) for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received. Include the RAN in your return package.
4. Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
